Members PetersReviews Posted August 20, 2005 Members Posted August 20, 2005 I just read that Greg Curbow died. I'm not sure how, where or when. He made some innovative basses. I know I love mine! I read the article at http://melodicrock.com/ - you might have to search the page since it's scrolled down a bit.Visit the Curbow web site at http://www.curbow.com/lutherie/index.html There's no announcement on the site but I'm writing to them to see. I hope it's not true.

Members franknputer Posted August 20, 2005 Members Posted August 20, 2005 O {censored}... I can't belive this. He was a friend of mine, back in the Midnight Music days. I remember him working on guitars in the back & stuff...met one of my best friends in his shop, a cat named David who used to live upstairs & work in the shop. Greg was a great guy. He always let me hang out & try the odd, vintage stuff he had n the place. After I'd heard about his guitar business some time later, I'd been wanting to get back in touch with him. Guess that's not going to happen now. 48. {censored}. RIP, dude.
