The Number 1 single was:

Other notable artists with my same birthday (different years though) include:

Johnny Mathis

Frankie Lymon

Mark Feld (Aka Marc Bolan - T-Rex)

They didn't mention Buddy Rich, who was also born on my birthday.

Interesting. No 1 single was "From Me to You" by the Beatles.

I knew I shared a birthday with Trent Reznor (-2 years), but didn't realize I also shared a birthday with Enya (+2 years).
