Members Loxley
A while back, I bought some of this stuff, since I stupidly took the advice of an old, washed-out, grungy salesman from Sam Ash. Not saying he's wrong, but I really was too trusting at the time to know any better, and he just kinda pushed the product on me, and claimed it was the best. Now that I've looked at it, it is decorated very cheesily, and I'm starting to lose trust in the bottle. I also don't like the idea of multi-purpose solutions, they just don't seem like they would cover a single purpose better than those designed for that. Maybe I'm really psychoanalyzing the marketing strategy too much, but I've been afraid of using it since.. I certainly won't use it on lacquer, but I was wondering if anyone knew if this stuff as any good for poly finishes? I don't want to end up ruining finishes, or settling for less when it comes to taking care of my guitars. Members Bubbluz
I doubt very much if it will hurt any finish, but I'm in the walfordr camp. I find all polishes a waste of money, they don't work any better than your breath and a soft cloth.
