Members Poker99 Posted February 5, 2009 Members Posted February 5, 2009 Hi guys, I'd like to know how you guys that sell&ship their own band merch handle all this? Do you run into any problems with customers, returns? What do you use to ship shirts, hats? (packaging)?
Members richardmac Posted February 5, 2009 Members Posted February 5, 2009 If you go with someone like cafe press, they do it all FOR you for a cut. Well worth it, IMHO.
Members LAPennell Posted February 6, 2009 Members Posted February 6, 2009 If you want to make any money, CafePress is not the way to go. You'd have to move large quantities to see any real return. I've been using USPS for tees, a padded envelope runs about $2.20 first class. Our policy has always been that there are no returns unless there is a substantial defect in the product (which there never is because we produce our own merch). Ordering a Medium when you're a Large is your own fault and does not warrant me having to refund your cash.
