Members SamsDaddy
One of my FAVORITE bands that I think everyone else hates (or definitely won't admit to liking) is Counting Crows. Duritz is a great writer and the arrangements are always perfect.

Members Dewysoss
Goo Goo Dolls I love Radiohead I like some Coldplay. is it cool to like Simon and Garfunkel? Cause I do. All this except I only like Radiohead and I don't think I've ever even heard S&G And I'll add Bayside and Paramore, those aren't "cool" at teh HC
Members Kace
Wow, I saw a lot of my "likes" posted already . . . how uncool am I? Nevermind, I've always known the answer to that. Some I haven't seen yet: Great White (that's right! I said it! Love these guys form the EP on.)Toad The Wet SprocketJoan OsbournePinkLacuna Coil Hmm . . . are we talking about what's cool around here or in the real world? Because if it's the former, most of the stuff I listen to would qualify because it's stuff that non-musicians have probably heard of and may even *gasp* be on the radio. Members Alex W
A lot of you guys are failing at this thread. How about some bands that aren't cool to like on the Harmony Central forums? Some of the stuff I listen to that 99.9% of you all probably hate. Fall Out Boy Cute Is What We Aim For The Academy Is... Newfound Glory Green Day The All American Rejects All Time Low My Chemical Romance Nickelback Creed Weezer Three Days Grace Seether Randy Travis Countless others. No This isn't all I listen to, but I have a very wide taste in music.

Members GarysBlues
I like a lot of the early 60's late 50's Doo-Whop. Great Harmony In the Still of the Night Why Doi Fools Fall in Love. Earth Angel. When I was kid I played for Freddie Paris [wrote In the Still of the Night] It was the early 70's then and he had a band togther called The Marble Collection. Entire horn section, did all covers of early Chicago when Terry Kath played with them and Blood Sweet and Tears early years with Al Cooper. Freddie wrote In the Still of the Night on leave from the service. He came home and went to meet his Girlfriend at Seven Rock Amusment Park. She never showed up, and In the Still of the Night was written that night?

Members HRS DRVR
A lot of "old school" here : Roy Orbison The Beach Boys The Mamas and The Papas The Lovin' Spoonful (the three above didn't do anything good specifically with playing guitar, but they all had nice, harmonic vocals and songwriting) The MonkeesGrand Funk Railroad (never have seen any respect or mention of Mark Farner in HC ) The Bee Gees The Pretenders Earth, Wind, and Fire Pat Benetar Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen Asleep At The Wheel (love that music with the pedal steel guitars) I don't care if they didn't play their own instruments (true early, false later), I don't care if they didn't write their own music (only partly true), an' I don't care if their target audience was teenage girls (I'm neither), I totally dig the Monkee's! I dig their music, sound, TV show, an' (created) style! There, I said it! Am I banned now?
Members greglove006
I guess it's all a matter of age/taste/perspective. But some of the ones mentioned here I can't imagine would be considered "uncool" even if its not your cup of tea. Like Radiohead.
