not so much. neil's a great drummer, but nothing much separates him from any other prog drummer except for the fact that he's seen more exposure being in a band more commercially successful than your typical prog rock act.

Why laugh at both of the ultimate rock drummers?



Yngchie wasn't laughing at Moon or Mitchell, brilliant players both -- just at the notion that they were perfect timekeepers, which is what the word 'metronome' implies.

At least, I THINK he wasn't ...
