Strange the guy hasnt contacted you though. Besides why would you sell your two VG guitars for a Jem anyways. Id think those two you have can cover more ground than a Jem for what you play. i was going to try the jem out, then sell it and buy a much more suitable guitar for my playing. it is weird he hasnt contacted me - its been probably a week now.
  2. Originally posted by V-Type Well I just re read his first post and clearly he and the guy agreed to send the guitar to Joey first and if Joey liked it Then he would send his out in trade. Not sure where you got that from but here is the quote from the first post. "I told him for his mistake that I would wait to recieve the guitar and be satisfied with it before I send my guitars. He never responded, only gave me the tracking number under UPS." Scammers usually dont send instruments first for trial do they? Unless this guy is very bad at it. right, but as u read taht, youll notice how i said he never responded. he gave me the ups number prior to my claim that i would wait to recieve the guitar until sending my guitars. he never replied about me not sending my guitars first. the deal was to send both from the beginning, but i held off, and he never responded to me holding off - therefor expected me to send.
  3. Originally posted by takedeepbreaths That's not what happened. He shipped his fake thinking joey was shipping his 2 guitars out as well. When joey saw the fake pictures, he held off. If this guy gets this guitar back, I guarantee he will rip somebody else off with it. i wouldnt doubt it.

Ps. your posts on this subject aint gonna help any of your future Spam trade deals here either if you go through with your "it's mine because" reasoning. Sorry joey your last few posts are painting you as having Scamming thoughts as well(keeping something you agreed to trade.) Even if it wasnt the exact model advertised He still sent it to you first hand without you sending a thing so how much of a scam can that be on his part anyways. The scam is looking like its in your court now Bro. dude, can you not read? ive said countless times now, if he does not respond to my emails and requests for shipping money, im not going to send it. that would be waisting my money on shipping a guitar to a person that may have a false address or anything, who knows. i am not a scammer at all, and your the only poster that claims im acting that way. he tried to scam me, didn't because i was smart. im not going to keep it blindly. if he doesnt respond, he doesnt care enough to get the guitar back, therefore, im not sending it on my own funds.
  5. Originally posted by Megadeth7684 Haha, dude, I BOUGHT a real MIJ Ibanez RG565 for $150 at a pawn shop, so the idiot who sold it to the place probably got $75 at most for it. No one is going to give you $200 if they know it's a fake. Just do the right thing and send it back man. for the billionth time. im sending it back as long as he responds, and pays for shipping.
  6. why the hell would i send it back if he doesnt respond? free guitar dude. plus at a pawn shop, i can see 200 as a quote.
  7. if he responds, and pays shipping im sending it back. if not, im keeping it. i wont sell as an ibanez, just as a cheap mediocre guitar for like $200. there is nothing legally binding about this. i offered a trade - i never bidded nor bought anything off him through ebay. he accepted the trade, and then the whole process began. ebay is not connected with deals outside of it's website.
  8. Originally posted by V-Type Uh oh. Sounds like your Very Keen on keeping it and without any compensation at all to the seller. Kinda makes you look tainted as well if you do. He tried to scam you but didnt right. You have his guitar and you sent nothing right. So now your gonna try and keep it which is just as wrong in my eye's. Sorry but you keeping the guitar without any thought of wrong doing as well is suspicious and really makes you just as much a scammer. IMO. Like I said Karma can go both ways. Think it through. dude, did you not read what i said? i said if he doesnt respond to emails. plus, using the earlier analogy about giving a murderer his knife back - why does he disearve it anyway? justice dude - not karma crap.

Also, I don't recommend posting the guy's info on the forum due to possible future legal ramifications, but that's just my opinion, and I don't want to seem down on you at all. That was a totally $hitty thing for that guy to do, and it's possible he's done similar things before. I'm just glad you didn't send your real guitars away first~! email, like phone numbers, are public things. and if i pawned it, i would tell them that it isnt real, only a replica, yes, which is why id only get like $200 compared to $1600.
  10. why is everyone so keen on sending it back. he tried to f me over. if he doestn respond to my complaint, and doesnt compensate me for shipping, etc, im not sending it back.
  11. if i end up keeping it, ill pawn it for like $200 or something. his email is zavala2321@yahoo.com
  12. Originally posted by takedeepbreaths what's his email? y? are you going to get violent?
  13. those pics of the fake were taken by me to show you guys. he still hasnt said anything about it being a fake, and hasnt responded to my complaint email to him. i do not kno his ebay acount i.d., because i actually cleared my sent messages the other day, without thinking about it. i only kno his email.
