if he responds, and pays shipping im sending it back. if not, im keeping it. i wont sell as an ibanez, just as a cheap mediocre guitar for like $200. there is nothing legally binding about this. i offered a trade - i never bidded nor bought anything off him through ebay. he accepted the trade, and then the whole process began. ebay is not connected with deals outside of it's website.
