  1. I have an LTD M-1000 in plain black its around 10 years old, I cant recall exactly when they switched to the see through black/purple colour, it's in excellent condition, currently strung with 10-52's in DGCFAD tuning I can easily restring for 10-46's and clean p the bridge a little as there is some gunk/buildup on some of the screws. Holds tuning perfectly I believe it's a genuine OFR made in germany and not a korean or chinese subsititute... specs Alder Body maple neck through OFR EMG 81's vol/tone 3 way blade 24 frets, abolone inlays/purfing Clip open battery box for quick battery changes. Dimarzio cliplock straps black. LTD Hardcase UK only due to a timewaster was thinking of
  2. Reverse Spam looking for MXR carbon copy
  3. My SL2H gorgeous Flame top and burnt chrome nailbombs it also has a big brass block from ebayer guitar upgrades, cheaper than floyd upgrades and the stainless screws to mount the block came free..... SLS-3 bone stock, plays excellent I may just switch out the pickups and keep this one...
  4. I found that with 9's the higher strings were more sucseptable to breaking. I've heard a few people say that floyds are suppsoed to be sued with 9-42 fror thier best tuning stabillity yet I use my schaller floyds on my rans with 10-46 and 10-52 with the 52's tuned to Eb... I've never actually seen anyone prove that Floyd's need 9-42's, so untill someone prove's thsi with decent solid evidence then i'll take it as typcial guitar hearsay... I think if it's not in the patent or manual then it's unlikely to be anything more than bullshit...
