  1. Ha ha, okay these lists are hard to please everyone and someone will have a problem with everything, but to paraphrase your Ringo Starr ranking: "Well he wasn't that good at drums, but he was good at other things". By that logic maybe I should be #11, I'm not good at drums but there are other things I can do.
  2. Someone got paid to write this down?
  3. I had a Jackson Kelly for awhile. I'm also embarassed to say that I once owned a Danelectro.
  4. What does morality have to do with it? Well, if it wasn't apparent that was sarcasam. Feeling morally superior to me is saying you hate it because you don't want to seem shallow.
  5. I'm just going to say I hate it so I can feel morally superior.
  6. OT: I went to Ray Hennig's store when I was in Austin. It was full of crappy beginner guitars. On the other hand, Austin Vintage Guitars, in the same plaza, was the best guitar store I was ever in.
  7. I don't see how what country a guitar is made in should be a factor in whether or not it's "vintage". There are a lot of old Japanese guitars better made than alot of USA made Harmony's.
  8. The market prices for crappy vintage* budget guitars is way too high for me. I'd never pay $700 for a Harmony. *The term vintage now is just synonomus with old, rather than it's old meaning of select great things from the past. If guitar players drank wine, they'd call Arbor Mist from 1988 "vintage" and pay $400 a bottle.
  9. Being a mod sucks, you don't want to do it.
  10. Here's a semi-hollow Agile with a bigsby. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130363262514
  11. I always do auctions. I'm probably going to auction an Agile 2800 that is semi hollow with a bigsby pretty soon.
  12. This is my stuff. I've since sold the Fender Bronco and picked up and Epiphone Emperor II.
