  2. By far this is..... I am completely and utterly in love with this thing. I have found so many killer tones in it. Alot of people told me not to get it, but I wanted to try it, so I picked it up.....AND IT's A KEEPER!!!!!

SED Winged C 6l6 (2) Sed Winged C El34 (2) Tung-Sol - (1) JJ's Ecc803 - (1) 9th gen chinese (3) I've got the paper work of what was done to the amp, which is basically modded to sound like a Mark IIC+ "duh" All 3 channels sound beautiful. You can get 2 sweet sounding tones at a time. The mod/check-up was $350 dollars alone. If you've heard or played a Mark III you know what they can do, and this baby does it better than the stock model. There is one tiny ding on the corner of the amp, otherwise it is completely Mint just shoot me a PM and i'll hook you up with some pictures if you are interested. $1050 OBO - Plus Shipping - Im located in Los Angeles California I've always wanted the "hot rodded marshall" sound, and I can't afford to have more than 1 amp. So hopefully a kind forumite might buy the amp so I can get a Splawn : ) So how does the IIIC+ sound in comparison to the IIC+?
  4. Originally posted by anomaly Didn't Hetfield combine Marshall's with his IIC+ anyways? He also used Furman PQ-3 Parametric EQ's. So it's not like you'd nail his tone with the amp alone anyways. But yeah, a MK III or MK IV would be a good bet, you'd get close enough to that Master Of Puppets tone. It was an Aphex 4 band parametric EQ, and the IIC+ preamp into the Power of a Marshall JCM800.....
  5. Originally posted by MTDP8350 I'll without a doubt, keep it in my mind. I would kill for that thing. I'll shoot you a PM when I have all the money to let you know. Thanks! Can I have some specs on that guitar? Pickups, strings (not THAT important). Tuners, bridge, nut, everything. What about dot markers? are they on the side of the neck? or none at all? Yes there are side markers, Jumbo frets, Mahogany body, Wenge neck, Cocabola fretboard, Cocabola headstock overlay, 25.5" scale, EMG pick-ups but can install any pick-ups. Basically this, base model starts at $1200, and any extras or exotic woods start raising the price....

  7. Originally posted by MTDP8350 thats an amazing guitar brother, and while I'm tempted, I'm afraid I won't like it. DEFINITELY NOT insulting your guitars, but without playing the neck its hard to justify whether if its for me or not. And if I were to have a custom guitar made for me, I would have no idea where to begin. Cool, just thought I'd offer, You mentioned the ESP, and I figured if you like the Hanneman, you'd LOVE these, they're like the ESP custom shop guitars on steroids...
  8. Originally posted by MTDP8350 The hanneman has a great neck. 3 grand. The ibanez neck kicked ass. Steve Vai JEM-2100. Don't really want a used model anyway. Instead, of the original question, what necks play similar to the ones listed? Ibanez RGA121 Ibanez Steve Vai JEM ESP Jeff Hannemann The guitar shown is not used, that $1450 NEW will be built when ordered. Handmade in the good ole USA. Neck feel is "based" on ESP.......Ask Tony, (McTallica1) about these guitars, he has one and just ordered his second and we are in talks for his 3rd.
  9. $1450 shipped....email me gutierrezguitarsales2@cox.net

I wouldnt say that he is "bending over to Bush" I'm not even talking about Bush or even the "politics" invovled. I am talking about how the judge is letting him make a mockery out of the proceedings. He shouldnt stand for it. Regardless if you think it's "illegal" or not. He is standing trial and should be made to respect the court...
  11. Originally posted by Negative K3 fan that saddam has some serious mental problem, but prosecuting him through court is the only right way to do this and i guess sadam wouldve prefered being killed to the current humiliating situation he is in. I agree but he should be held acountable and punished for his actions and disrespect for the court. Sure he doesnt think the court is real and he's still president (dictator), but still they should NOT tolerate his attitude. Judges here wouldnt put up with that {censored}, they shouldn't over there either. They should "teach" him respect....
