Apparently they posted the wrong pic on the sam ash website and they are all black. Hope that is not true and I get my white one. Edit: Called Sam Ash and they told me they are all black!

How important is it to get the recent drivers for the video card? I have my new video card plugged it and I didn't even install the drivers that came with it and it's working fine.

The dual display cards I have seen have two outputs for the monitor that look similar but are not identical (one seems bigger than the other with more pins). Can someone please tell me how to you connect these?

Does the video card matter at all if the PC is dedicated towards recording? I can get a good deal on 256MB video card though I won't be using the machine for games.

Maxtor won't pay shipping either. I guess I'll have to send it back to newegg and pay shipping. If the new one they send me is also defective, I'll have to pay shipping again and so forth... Yes it is true, there was an agreement and I went forward with it despite the bad customer service agreement.

Newegg.com sold me a defective 200GB Maxtor HD. I spoke to them for a replacement and they say I should pay for shipping it to them to get it replaced. I'm really pissed off. I already paid shipping to get a NON DEFECTIVE HD and it is not the customer's fault if it has a problem. If they don't agree to pay shipping I'll launch a complaint with the better business bureau Has anyone had problems with Newegg as well?

I think James is ok but far from the best. I always thought DT would become the ultimate band if Lizzy Borden handled the vocals. Just listen to him on Master of Disguise. Absolutley flawless.
