  1. i don't see any financial interest... it's already been discussed... once you look at shipping there is not real viable financial end to the means. it's this simple... he thinks they are nice guitars that are a good value and will last as well as any other guitar if cared for properly. you dispute that fact and feel they will fail based upon the build condition and environmental changes of a new location. i don't think there is really much to discuss... even a guitar produced in a controlled environment can fail if not cared for... seems simple to me... that is why my dad builds guitars out of aluminum...8^) solves that issue... 8^)
  2. It sounds great! Looks good too. Let's hear the un-amplified tone though. That's always a better judge than through an amp. If I am not mistaken the first portion of the clip is un-amplified. you can see him adjust the tone/volume at the beginning... then when he starts explaining the pickup he again adjusts the tone/volume and highlights the amplified tone. That was my take on it.

    ah.. it was on putfile... which seems to be gone...i'll try and upload one later... works quite well... but is also made out of aluminum or resin impregnated phenolic...
