  1. I think the Donington 1991 dvd has a bunch of Mesas in it, for sure cabs, not sure about amps. I have also seen them use Wizard amps too. Maybe they were using the Wizard heads and Mesa cabs. ***edit*** Marshall cabs are in the Donington 91 show as well as the Mesas. I believe I seen 1 or 2 Wizards amps either on Donnington or at the 2003 Toronto concert. I read an article either on Wizards website or somewhere else. AC/DC got the guys from Wizard to first repair there Marshall amps when they broke or needed fixing for whatever reason. Then Angus and Malcolm ask the tech (his name escapes me right now) to see if he could just reproduce a Plexi or JTM head for them. I believe why they asked was because they were tired of there old Marshall breaking down so often and wanted something new/reliable. Don't quote me on those exact words. Just a couple vague parts I can remember from the interview.
  2. Angus never changes the stock pickups in any of his guitars. +1 on that. Saw an interview, and from what he mentioned in it. He doesn't like changing the pickups in any of his guitars. He said something about that it takes away from the original tone of the guitar *shrugs*. Course no one can be 100% sure.
