Members Misha
I finally got my Larrivee fixed! There was a crack and the bridge was starting to lift. It looks like this, now: :-) It has been adjusted and it plays really well!

Members Danocoustic
I have OM lust in the worst kind of way. That is one schwEEt guitar. Good on ya
Members Freeman Keller
In my humble opinion, the OM is the best all around guitar size for most players. Certainly my choice

Members Danocoustic
I'm 6'3", about 240lbs---I can handle the biggest dreads and jumbos---it's the sound of the OM that appeals to me so much
Members Misha
Hi! I was Worried that it would look bad after but it looks well done and plays well. The action has been perfectly set up as a bonus!
Members Misha
I’m only 5’6’’ and believe me, an OM is MUCH more comfortable than a dreadnaught! The sound is well balanced too, at least on my Larrivee and my Simon & Patrick. On my Taylor the sound is very good too, it’s a bit more boomy in the low frequencies. This one has a grand auditorium body.)
Members Misha
I won’t neglect the poor thing! Well, the doctor called me back after my ECG so I’m a bit worried about what might happen but if all is well, I should have a bit of time and enough energy to play it, otherwise, if I have the time, I don’t know how I’ll feel! But that is another story! (I’m waiting for a scintigraphy and still at work for now.)
Members kwakatak
Congratulations, Misha. Mines been looking pretty rough too, but I still love it.
Members DeepEnd
Sorry to hear you're concerned about news from the doctor. My wife has numerous health issues but she's living with them so far. Between the ECG (we'd say EKG in the US) and the scintigraphy you must have reason. Prayers and mojo coming your way. Members Misha
Hi DeepEnd, I didn't know for your wife. I'll keep you both in my thought! (My scintigraphy has been scheduled for next tuesday. It won't be too long before I know what is going on.)
Members Misha
Hey Kwak! Good to see you!! It's been a long time! Maybe next year I'll have a pickup installed in the Larrivee! For now, I'm just glad that it finally has been repaired and that the luthier did a nice job!
Members Misha
Hi garthman! The Larrivee is a nice guitar. I love the ebony fretboard. I'm very happy with the result after repair. I'm glad I chose that luthier. And for my little health concern, I will have my test next tuesday. I don't know if they'll tell me right away or if they will send the results to my family doctor, but at least I know I won't have to wait too long before I know what is going on or not. My doctor told me that false positives happen more often for women. (Not sure if that's the case when the tests are done because there are symptoms and not just as a preventive test to get a health portrait, though.) Well, maybe I'll get fixed, too! I just hope I won't have to hang around holding a pillow tight on my chest because I'd really prefer a guitar! ;-)
