Before we beat him into submission with three chord country songs he played this Chet Atkins version of "Ready for the Times to Get Better". I really enjoyed it and knew the lyrics so he played it again and I sang along. He stuck it out at the jam for another hour or so but his wife had to slip him a Zoloft after the sixth verse of "Angel Band".
