Phil O'Keefe
That is pretty ugly, but believe it or not, I have seen worse...

Members Chordite
I think it looks like a design that would have come out of the Bauhaus in the 1930's. I like that aspect but would have made something more symmetrical were it me.All the points of bodily contact are still in the right places it just doesn't have that simulacral classical guitar shape that makes the les paul such a gross kitch parody, only eclipsed by McCartneys violin bass. The best guitar design is the stratocaster because it was designed from "form follows function"ergonomics so went straight to ideal. It will never be surpassed
Moderators daddymack Posted November 16, 2018 Moderators Share Posted November 16, 2018 that is pretty fugly...but teh price is just ridiculous, even with the custom gigbag...but as Phil said, I've seen worse, usually at winter NAMM
Members DeepEnd
Not for me, largely because I don't use a trem and I'm right handed, but ugly? That's in the eye of the beholder.
Members badpenguin
Seriously.... if it were a righty, I would like it. I like that kind of design. The worst? These two.. Members Chordite
I can't stand flying vees (either direction) they look like a prop out of Barbarella I've never seen the Gibson pac-man before either, guess I have been lucky. Members catscurlyear
it reminds me of an Allan Holdsworth type thing cross between a synth axe and a steinberger
Members humbuckerstrat
I think it looks cool But i’ll never have it for two reasons: It’s a lefty, and I don’t have 4 grand to spare.

Members t_e_l_e
so there people here who would play this? *wonders* most of you are older than me and more vintage i just posted the lefty because its very unusal the such an oddball exists as lefty.. for sure the majority of there guitars are "normal" http://cantoncustominstruments.com/ and they are custom instruments and they are pricey... but absolutely not my cup of tea, the don't look that someone could rawk with them... Members 1001gear
No different than Kleins and such. "Normal" guitar hardons (the horsey looking thing) get in the way. With that part cut flat you don't need double length fingers to be all over the top frets.
Phil O'Keefe
The "Pac Man" is a early to mid-'80s era Gibson Corvus - it's supposed to look like a crow in flight, or something like that. They also look like an old can opener... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibson_Corvus
