Wow. I certainly can't do it off the top of my head. I've had over sixty guitars, and only own six or seven right now. I have a Word Document that lists them all in order and year I bought them, though.

Out of all of them, I only miss three, but still believe my problems with them were sufficient reason to be rid of them.

I'm going to assume this is all guitars and not just all electrics, since I'm primarily an acoustic player. It won't be anywhere near as impressive as your list:

No-name Montgomery Ward $19.99 first acoustic guitar (still have)

Ensenada acoustic

Alvarez 5020 acoustic

Sakura S-12-9 12-string acoustic (still have)

Alvarez cheap classical

Alvarez RD10 beater acoustic, used to experiment with alternate tunings (still have)

Ibanez AW120 acoustic (still have)

Epi A10 acoustic (daughter's guitar, left behind when she moved out, still have)

Jay Turser Jay Jr. beater acoustic (still have)

Fernandes Strat copy

Schecter Gryphon (still have)

Cheap no-name 5-string banjo (still have)

Alvarez "Villain" bass (still have)

Wow.

Wonder if I can remember mine? As near chronologically as I can manage:

Eko small body acoustic

Partscaster from Tiesco/British crap neck & plywood body

Columbus Les Paul

Shaftesbury 12 string

Dynelectron Guitarlin (Danelectro copy)*

Avon EB0 type

Aria Acoustic

El Maya neckthrough

Suzuki acoustic*

Fender MIJ Strat*

Washburn A20V*

Satellite Les Paul

Heritage H150CM

Fender MIM Strat*

Godin Radiator

First Act sheena

Godin SD

AXL Tele copy

Gibson Flying V

Dean Baby V

Washburn A15V

Godin xtSA*

JJ Goldtop special*

Johnny Brook J type*

Ryder P type*

Tokai Love Rock*

Yamaha 5 string fretless bass*

Washburn Yamaki Hawk*

Tanglewood folk-size acoustic*

First Act Sheena*

That's 30, which is more than I expected, * indicates the ones I still have.

Some, like the Dean baby V and AXL Tele were much better that expected. Some, like the Godin SD and Heritage, were less good than hoped. The El Maya was a much better guitar than I realised at the time, but unfortunately had to sell it in a time of need.

I've been playing since the early 70's & can still pretty much remember what I've owned (don't have GAS as extreme as some);

1974 Yamaha FG-110 Acoustic (Still have)

1977 Ibanez Les Paul Copy (Sold)

1996 Squier Strat (Still have)

2003 Alvarez RD-8C Acoustic (Sold)

2005 Ibanez Artcore AF-75 (Still Have)

2006 Epiphone Les Paul (Sold)

2007 Fender Highway One Telecaster (Sold)

2008 Fender American Standard Strat (Sold)

2000's Squier Bronco Bass (Still have)

2010's Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar (Sold)

2012 Fender Blacktop Jaguar (Still have)

2010's Epiphone ES-339 (Still have)

2010's Danelectro 12 String (Still have)

2010's Yamaha FSX-700sc Acoustic (Still have)

2010's Gretsch G9320 Mandolin (Still have)

Early 1900's Vega Cylinder back Mandolin (Sold)

Out of the stuff I still own, If my house catches on fire, I would grab the Jaguar & The ES-339.

Of all the stuff I've sold, the only item I wish I could have back was the Vega mandolin. It looked very similar to this;

vega_zpshpwitg0c.jpg

vega%202_zps0lzaqjr0.jpg

Mine had a large crack down the side of the body that I thought was beyond repair (The prior owner had the mandolin in an attic for 25 years in a paper bag- not the most inviting way to store a vintage instrument).

Even with the crack in the body the mandolin sounded beautiful, but I thought one day it would split in two, so I decided to sell it on Ebay. Got around $950 for it after Ebay fees. In retrospect though, it was probably repairable & I would have had a mando worth many times more than what I ultimately sold it for (The one pictured above is currently listed for $3,500 on Reverb).

Oh well...

1 is all you need if you buy the right one first. A friend bought a used Telecaster when we were in high school in the early 70's. He's still playing it. Sure it's had work done to it and the finish is worn but that's his guitar and he plays it quite well

The first solid body electric guitar I bought was a Sears Silvertone that I've talked about here. I think the first guitar I had was a classical guitar that I traded for a steel string flattop acoustic. This was in 1972, when I started buying chord books and strumming along to albums.

In about '78, I got another steel string flattop acoustic, but it wasn't long before I sold that guitar and bought a Sears Strat-type guitar for about $75.

I played the Sears Strat-type for awhile and then I sold that in the early '80s.

Then I played a Hondo classical that my sister loaned me. I also had a steel string flattop acoustic that my sister acquired and she gave it to me. It needed tuning pegs and I never did get it fixed.

I played the Hondo classical until I got a Lotus Strat-type guitar, which I immediately traded for an Arbor Strat-type guitar.

Then in the early '90s I traded the Arbor for an Epiphone S-310 which I still have, and is the oldest guitar that I still have.

In '97 I got a Hohner HS-40 hollowbody archtop, then a '99 Squier Standard Strat, then an '01 Squier Standard Double Fat Strat.

I bought 2 Fullertons when Music123 was having that blow-out sale about 8-9 years ago. Then I got two SX Floyded Strats from rondomusic.com.

The last two guitars I bought were a Samick Greg Bennett Design Flying V GT from eBay and an Epiphone Les Paul Special II from reverb.com.

All of my guitars are heavily modded with parts from various online stores including GFS, KGC, GuitarPartsOnline, GuitarPartsResource, AXcessories.com, A-ZGuitarParts, and eBay.

You have a better memory and more Time then I have.

You have a better memory, more time and a lot more money than I have. I have a few but bragging about a big long list seems kind of silly. As the philosopher said, "if you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with"

wow the first list made me really wonder...

i'm not gear flipper and as lefty it would be even harder, so here is my list, and a short comment for ones i don't have anymore in the order i got them:

less than $100 nylon accoustic

my first guitar is still at my mothers place

washburn wd-10 accoustic

my first real guitar played the hell out of it hangs on the wall in front of me

'70s Aria es335 clone *

got structural issues to begin with, after several repair tries it landed on the waste dump

mid '90s CIJ Fender 68reissue Strat *

got stolen from the rehearsal room

epi lp custom

'75 Gibson LP custom with maple fretboard

Dano DC59 reissue

MIA Am.Std Strat to replace the stolen one *

got cannibalised for my warmoth strat

CIJ 72 Tele custom reissue

mid '90s CIJ Fender 68reissue Strat

exact the same model is was stolen, got lucky i found one at ebay.com, my main guitar

Washburn R319s accoustic

Recording King RD 227 accoustic

Eastwood Airline Tuxedo

Freeman Keller ES335

Warmoth Strat, hardware taken from the MIA, neck and body to the spec of the CIJ 68reissue

thats 15 guitars in 20+ years playing, and only 3 "left",

on the nylon accoustic i put steelstrings on, which it didn't like

the epi lp, the tele and the tuxedo get almost no play.

the DC59 is a righty which i hendrixed, but the controlls are really in the way, so i rehendrixed it and let my kids play with it, when they want to, but so far the older one showed no real interest to learn playing guitar, just looking like a rockstar is cool :)

i'm really happy with my collection and i have currently nothing i want to add. ok a lefty DC59 would be tempting and a 12 string accoustic, but not cause i really need them, thats the reason the buying risk is really low :)

Electrics? Easy

(1) mid-1970's Gibson solid body, looked like an L6S. But it had a model name I've forgotten.

(2) 2007 big archtop by Mr. Binh w/KA floating mini-humbucker.

(3). 2015 Guild SF 3 (Korean Newark Street) Sounds great. But in every other respect, it's a moist, steaming pile.

(4). 2017 Gibson Les Paul Faded

I have owned many acoustics but only 4 electrics. I'm a real novice on electric guitars.

The rest, the timeline is blurry for me..  So here's a list by brand...

Ibanez RGT42
Ibanez SZ520QM
Ibanez RG1570 - The neck on this guitar hurt my hand so bad I quit playing for several years.  I didn't realize it was this neck and bad ergonomics causing the problems. Almost gave up the guitar forever...
Ibanez 25th anniversary S
Ibanez JEM70V SFG
Ibanez 5 string bass
Gibson Joe Bonamassa Les Paul Studio Goldtop
Gibson Les Paul Studio Pelham Blue
Gibson 2013 Les Paul Signature T
Kramer Focus 1000
Jackson SLX
Parker Fly
Fender MIM Strat (I've had like 6 of these things..  All in brown sunburst, some maple, some rosewood, one with a gorgeous quilted maple top)
Fender Player Series Tele
Fender USA Strat
PRS SE245
Epiphone Les Paul Classic
Epiphone Dot
Epiphone Les Paul Ultra III
Carvin CT4C
Carvin DC127T
Carvin DC400T
Cordoba GK Studio
Washburn wcg66sce
Washburn Millenium
B.C. Rich Warlock FR Plus
Gretsch 5420(?)
Takamine acoustic - No idea on the model  Didn't keep the POS long enough to care..
Larivee acoustic - Amazing guitar I deeply regret not keeping.  At the time I hated satin finishes...  Sigh....

That's most of them.  I'm sure I've missed some..

Used to own: a Teisco Del Rey strat style, An Eko violin style bass, a no-name [probably Eko] violin body guitar, a Diasonic classical, a no-name classical*, a Kent 'folk' guitar*, a '59 Les Paul Junior [stolen], a Rick 320 and a Rick Ryder [sold to make child support payments] and a mid to late '40s Slingerland 6 string banjo.  I also have a '79 Memphis P-bass copy, but it is in pieces ATM, getting new electronics, new neck, new tuners]

Still have: Electrics:
