Members seyrls
Hello guys! Well, I have Godin LG HmB (http://www.godinguitars.com/godinlghmbp.htm) and I need a pickup wiring diagram, because the old owner modified the schema! Does anyone have the wiring diagram? I need so much! Sorry about my English! SeyrBrazil
Members billybilly
Same schematic, different company but the same. Just make sure you get the wiring colours right, they're different from company to company. http://www.seymourduncan.com/support...vol_1tone_5way

I have mentioned the colour codes for wires and if you look carefully or paid any attention to my post, you'll see it "does" split the humbuckers. I can't help those who don't read or can't interpret. I'm out.
Members sowden
Hi, I think I have the same problem as you, Seyrls. I have a Godin LG HMB, an old one from 1995. Someone has put some Iron Gear pickups in it, but I have the originals. These originals are a little unusual, as each humbucker looks like two single coils strapped together, and each single coil has a lead coming out of it with 4 different wires within the lead. I've had humbuckers before that meet the above schematic posted by Billybilly, but these Godin ones do seem different. Has anyone got experience with these? Members sowden
kinda wierd that I have just found some useful info.....it seems each single coil (2 of which make up each of the pickups in the godin pictured above) is itself actually a humbucker. So you have not 2 but 4 humbuckers on the guitar above....2 double bobbin pickups...each bobbin a humbucker. Which explains why each "single coil" has 4 wires. Members seyrls
Billybilly sorry about that! Sowden I have the same model! My guitar it's likes your! I've tried to find the schema, but it's very complicate! If you can find anything, please send me! Thanks.
Members badpenguin
If there are 4 wires coming from the pickups, the diagram supplied by billy, should fit the bill. Sowden, it sounds like your pickups are like the Kramer Quad rails, where there are 4 coils per pickup. Can you take a picture of the coils? and Post it here. Members seyrls
Hello everybody! I could understand the scheme that Billy sent, but my guitar is a little different that! Let me try to explain. She has 1 volume, 1 tone split, and a pickup that looks like two single coil together, because I have 4-wire groups. 2 groups with white / blue, black / red and the other 2 groups with white / brown, black / red. That's my problem. I could not connect my pickups same as Billy scheme. I am sending some pictures.
