Members Sprunt
Is there one out there. Im looking for something like a 50s les paulish profile but with a floyd rose trem. Everything else out there seems like the neck is a ruler. Any suggestions?
Members cratz2
Embrace the ruler neck! Or just put a Floyd on a LP.
Members SplawnDarts
I'm sure GMW or Anderson or Suhr or somebody will make you a guitar with a big neck and a Floyd if that's what you want.

Wolfie's neck is decently thick, but not '50's LP'ish. Get a bolt-on, part-out the original neck on the 'Bay, and then put on a Warmoth boatneck or roundback (have a boatneck on my project Strat, my Epi SG is very close to that shape). The Wolfie isn't even close, nor is my EJ (another guitar thought by some to have a "thick" neck).

My Schecter C-1EA had a neck that was only slightly thicker than a Fender "modern C". Don't know about other Schecter's.

Members John S. Shinal
USA Custom Guitars will make you a neck that is gigantic if you want. I had them increase the thickness of their '54 Soft-V profile, and it's not quite what you're describing, but I bet their Fatback or Boat contour would be. Not cheap, but great necks and fretwork. Members GibsonQC
If your budget is low (sub $500), Agile has an LP copy with a licensed Floyd on it. That may suit your purposes. If you have no budget, you could try a Neal Schon LP. Or, you could split the difference and build a custom job, or (as someone suggested) get a Floyd-equipped guitar and replace the neck. Does scale length matter at all? Are you wanting a 24.75" (LP) scale or 25.5" scale?
