So my first ever USA guitar was a G&L Legacy I bought back in 1993. I sold it about 7 years ago, but always kept my eye out for another 3 bolt legacy from that era.

Picked this one up at a real nice price about 2 years ago, but I never really dug the finish or the ash body.

So out with the old:

In with the "new." Got this off ebay, a 1993 G&L Alder body that's under 4 lbs. It's 12 ounces lighter than the ash.

Might as well go HSS while I'm at it. Duncan Custom Custom in the bridge, American Standard Strat pickups in middle and neck (thanks Dr Morbius)

As far as I know all the three bolt 90s models do, but can't say for sure on the newer ones. I have a feeling most of them are swimming pool routes.
