Members arng1
Hey everyone, I am looking to purchase a new noise gate. However I get my high gain (metal) tone from distortion and fuzz pedals. I was just curious if it would be better to go with a noise gate with a loop (like NS-2, Sentry, ISP, etc.) or if that is over kill / not needed in my situation? My amp does have an effects loop (supersonic) and has a fair bit of gain but for my setup I am wondering if I could go with a a standard ISP decimator or a smart gate or something? Thanks in advance
