Members mbengs1
I got some questions... do all the effects in the loops of the switcher (in this case 5 individual loops) go into the effects look in the back of the head i'm using? my concern is i'd like to include the distortions and noise supressor in the first loop. from what i know, distortions always go in the amps input not in the effects loop. this means i cannot put the distortion in the switcher since the who switcher must go through the loop at the back. i can only put post gain effects in the switchers loop system like flanger, chorus, delay/reverb and pitch shift. are my apprehensions correct? Phil O'Keefe
You should probably run some of your effects (compressors, overdrives, etc.) in front of the amp, and use the loop and switcher for the rest of them - things like delay and reverb should go in the loop, but not dirt.
