I have been following him, since he and Jay Farrar were in a band called Uncle Tupelo. I have seen Wilco or Jeff Tweed about about 30 times in my life. I also seen Jay and Son Volt about a dozen times too. The Wilco Fest, aka the Solid Sound fest is here in my hometown at a place where they used to make Sprague capacitors. The venue is called Mass Moca and 25 years ago was on the chopping block to be the worlds biggest parking lot. However, there's a few other that had some vision beyond a dirty old factory town. It is not the larges contemporary art museum in the USA. I was fortunate to meet Nels a awhile back. I have also meet Glenn Kotche. An the beat goes on. Spencer and his dad put on a very good show.
