I usually do some strange stuff with my band, we play sort of mixture of drum and bass, dubstep and glitch to jazz, funky and soul, very experimental I usually do synth stuff like arpeggiators directly by midi controller into ableton, but i'm defintely a guitar player and i would like to use my guitar to do that stuff. I'm not in the mood of spending 200$ for the eventide pitch arpeggiator, so i was looking for a way to do it via vst or effects. Any help? I ' ve searched the web to get to a solution but i dont think a real time audio2midi vst kinda midi guitar to trigger an arpeggiator is nice ( not considering i'm not that good to male it right now).
