Members Rumorsband
I'm a keyboard/guitar singer. I'm using a Shure Big Blue Elvis mic Super 55 (I think). if you are not familiar with these - they are the old fashioned really big microphone. I stand behind the keyboard even when playing guitar. I want the mic to be in its natural upright position because I don't like the way it looks on a boom and lying sideways...so I just put it on a mic stand ... however the guitars strings are always brushing against the stand as I get close.I need an adaptor almost like a Z shape that would attach to the stand up, then towards me, and then up again. Does this make sense?Don't suggest a gooseneck - already tried that and the mic just weighs too much...Thanks
