Members Visconti
When Mike Ness from Social Distortion sings he sounds just like the way he talks. [video=youtube;OW3OtzoRGaM]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OW3OtzoRGaM Jack White seems to have a different sound when he sings. Members yanktar
Johnny Mathis. Always sounded COMPLETELY different when he talked and when he sang.Jim Nabors. When he talked he always sounded like Gomer Pyle. He sings with a near-operatic quality voice.Mick Jagger: When he talks he sounds like a working-class Brit. When he sings he sounds like an American from the South.

Members Masklin
Freddie Mercury, from the clips I've seen at least, sounds like a pansy when speaking.
Members grace_slick
Lady Gaga sounds the same when she sings and talks but only when she sings lower notes...when she goes higher her singing voice has a totally different tone, much more rich and full. Florence Welch (Florence & the Machine) speaks in a soft, almost meek voice...but when she sings it's very strong and robust. Almost strident. Members chamcham
I like to listen to Japanese music. One of my favorite artists is an enka (kind of a japanese version of the blues with sad stories about love) singer. Her name is Moriyama Aiko. Her speaking voice and singing voice are very different. Speaking voice (yes, that is how she actually speaks):[video=youtube;Zz9JrkZH9rM]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zz9JrkZH9rM Singing Voice (that is her singing, even though it's a karaoke video):[video=youtube;cgKwIFpNUSg]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgKwIFpNUSg

On any given day, over the cubicle wall I can hear my female Chinese co-worker shifting in and out of this voice on the phone depending on who she is speaking too - its actually pretty eerie. Members grace_slick
Yeah, you see!? She sounds like a different person entirely, huh? She was on the Australian X Factor last night as a performer and my partner was also shocked to hear her talk after she sung her song. SUCH a different voice. Members Thy God
I think my singing and talking sound...moderately different, but similar enough that you can tell it's the same person. Talking:[video=youtube;oB96TcZ9bxU] (Lawl, don't mind the rambling. I was just-waking-up and ultra-excited-about-the-new-guitar-that-just-got-there-10-minutes-before-that-video.)
