Members jonathan_matos5
i remember not long ago finding a 40 year (or somewhere around there) olds trombone and it was amazing but i didnt buy it because working the slide back to playable condition was more than the pawn shop price. i look back on it and am kicking myself for not picking it up. i was browsing online for trombones with a .500, .527. and .508 bore horns. and i saw the Olds Np15s. and it looked sweet but it got me wondering about Olds quality because i don't hear of anyone playing an olds. are they good or crappy? Members sunburstbasser
Vintage Olds is some of the most durable and nicest gear around. A new one is just a name, with nothing to do with the vintage ones. Probably made in China by children.
