Did ya give it the Jimi final touch?

Put some tone voodoo in it.

I modded it with a Dave Gilmour tweak of EMGs

Unlike Jimi, I didn’t find it helpful to have the whammy bar up top

I've always wanted to try this, but never have. I do bend my strat actual metal thingy vibrato bar aka whammy flat with my bare hands, able to touch strings go REAL low pitch/ pithy

Beats me. A guy I used to work with idolized Paul McCartney back in the day and even though he's right handed he taught himself to play left handed on a flipped over guitar.
Traditional pianos are also more complex than guitars so it would be more involved to build a left handed one. With modern electronics you could probably build an electronic one though.

Some early samplers and maybe synths too had a reverse keyboard func. In fact it's nothing to reverse the midi note assignments.
Pianos? Just play 'em upside down.

Jimi allegedly preferred to have the Strat’s whammy, pickup selector,
and control knobs right under his picking hand.
I didn’t find it to be so on the MIM Strat I modded.
It DID feel oddly comfortable, but it wasn’t easy to reach the higher
frets, and I need all the help I can get
Also, there is the “thing” about having the bridge pickup slanted
the other way for “bassier” highs, but I dunno

                    Me neither

I finally plugged it in to my Avatar 4x12 cab, and it sounds pretty
                    cool, even considering who’s playing
I miss being up in the hills where I could crank my DR 103 halfstack
if I wanted, but this is better for the planet, and living things.
I left a lot of half deaf wildlife up there

I'd probably know about the reverse keyboard thing that if I played keys but yeah, the keys in electronic pianos and synths are just switches and a switch doesn't care what note it triggers. And here's your upside down piano:
