I find it very telling that no one has any interest in identifying who was sending unmarked classified material to a non government email address, yet have serious concerns about who received it, and the way it she handled that unmarked classified information.

The revelation itself seems politically motivated for sure.

Under our criminal law, police don't usually have the final say in taking a case to court; prosecutors do. Considering the dearth of results from endless congressional investigations of Clinton, prosecutors may have concluded that they would lose at trial.

            Happens all the time.

              Exactly what Comey said.

FBI's Comey says ‘no reasonable prosecutor’ would bring a case against Clinton for emails

Gotta love that deep state paranoia.

Meanwhile we have a career criminal in the White House. Good job righties (and Russia).

And yet, we now know that was bullpucky, since Page testified that multiple people thought she should be prosecuted - again, including the top lawyer at the FBI.

But this angle of the discussion completely leaves out the allegation that DOJ ORDERED the FBI to drop it, despite the fact that AG Lynch had said that she was going to let them make the determination due to the appearance of inappropriate ethics caused by the tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton. We now know that she was lying about that, and that either she, or Page, lied in their congressional testimony.

earlier in this thread you were talking about allegations. He says this and she says that.

now you have shifted your rhetoric to say "the fact that".

                    Let me refresh your memory...

At least that's the word according to one GOP congressperson, based on recently revealed sworn congressional testimony from Lisa Page.

Unlike this phony democrat made up collusion, a law suit looking for a crime. The questions is, why are the democrats fighting so hard to try and hush it all up. I think we all know why. OMG Deep State!

I presume you are aware that Comey is a Republican? As if the guy that appointed him.

it must be incredibly frustrating to spend decades trying to put the clintons in jail and come up with nothing.

I'm beginning to think trump has just been holding more and more cards, with every passing month, ready to play them at an opportune time.

I have two questions for you:

                            1. How was Hillary Clinton supposed to know that any of the emails she received on her non government owned/secured email server contained classified material if it wasn't marked "classified" as is a requirement for all classified materials?

                            2. If Hillary's mishandling of this unmarked classified material was such an egregious action that it warrants her being prosecuted, then why has there been no attempt to identify who had sent unmarked classified materials to a non government email address?

it goes to the presumption of his pro-clinton bias that Republicans are trying to sell me. and the utter weakness of that argument.
