  • Music Library interested in one of my songs

I have a music library interested in one of my songs. I am new to music libraries and was wondering if what they are offering me is the norm for songwriters? Is this a good deal?

    1. Writer retains all writer royalties
    2. Writer gets half of all sync fees from dollar 1
    3. Music Library retains 100% of the publishing
    4. This is a non exclusive deal

    Thanks to all who comment!!

If you don't already have a publisher, yes, this is a relatively common library boilerplate.
