Moderators daddymack Posted October 22, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 22, 2012 It isn't the Stones, it is the online ticket brokers who have prearranged buy deals with the main distributors like LiveNation/Ticketmaster. They can literally buy every ticket available at face value (or actually volume discounted much lower than face value), then turn around and start scalping them at higher rates.
