Members Deeprig9 Posted March 4, 2009 Members Share Posted March 4, 2009 Well, we paid a professional graphic artist to put it together to tunecore's template, then tunecore told us over and over it was corrupted and to resend it, after resending it over and over, it finally "worked' although it was the same file from the beginning. BEFORE YOU PAY: Make sure to email support@tunecore.com and request the template. I was told by, Nathan I believe, that once you've paid for delivery, it's too late unless you want to start the whole process over again and pay twice, although it's not much money to do that, $10 plus a couple stores at 99 cents each.
