Members Cowinacape
Where would one look, if they where trying to find rear rack ears for a 9100 power amp? Besides a "marshall" parts dealer. I was hoping just to find a generic type of of rear mounting ear.

Members Cowinacape
I was thinking about that myself, I need to measure up a few different models of shelf, and see if I can slip my amp into one of them and thne into a rack, good tip! Members Deathlord
I have a Marshall EL-34...I put it in a 18 space rack near the bottom on top of a 4-space rack drawer...that way its resting on something.....I now have space to store some things.....and its not all the way at the bottom. It gets hot during extended play time but nothing outrageous.
Members H2Shredder
If you look carefully-you'll see brackets inside my FX and Switching system rack-they are rear support brackets to help hold up My Soldano rackmount SLO-100R Head(which is out of this rack at the moment). They are mounted(the rear support brackets) to the inside shock cage on this Mesa 20 Spacer. Members Cowinacape
Thanks for the ideas peeps! I was thinking along the idea of the drawer unit under the amp as well (once it gets out of the frigin shop at least ) Never realized how heavy some of this rack gear was, untill I had to start hoisting it around, crap no wonder so many roadies have such huge scowls Edit, excellent idea shredder! Members Cougar Hunter
I just ordered some 3 space rear rack brackets for my 9100 from sweetwater sound. I have no clue if they'll work or not. I had to special order them. I'll get back to you in about a week.
