You can find one around 400$ on ebay and it comes with a rackmount kit and everything you need to get it up and running. I wouldn't adivse on anything below the level of the Shure SLX or the EW172 G2 from Sennheiser. Also if you don't mind shorter battery life and using 9V batteries you can look at older Sennheiser units such as the Digital 1000 or EW100 G1. Both could be found for a price between 200-300$.
