Members sparkle**
Rack Noob: Midi pedal that can turn the rack on or bypass only? Is there a midi pedal to only switch the bypass on and off? Right now I only use 1 delay setting on my intellifex... I only want it on in solos and a few other parts.
Members elchico04
im pretty sure you can set it up a midi patch to make your effects processor to turn off all effects
Members Keebz
Make one preset on the Intellifex as a Bypass, and another with your delay. You'll be switching between 2 different presets. What are you using for an Amp? Rack set up...or Head?

Members JMPMarshall
Practically anything will do just that. ADA MC-1 is great bang for your buck.
Members Yek
The Intellifex has no "bypass" option in its software that you can switch on/off. So like the others said, you have to make a specific preset that has no active effects and has unity gain.Alternative: if your amp's foot switch lets you switch the effects loop on and off, you can also use that to bypass the loop. I saved that preset on each preset that I didn't want any effects! And I'd just get my preamp settings... This is the way I did mine for each bank...and at each bank i had different gain settings for my dirt channels...usually low gain in the 1-10 bank, mid gain at the 11-20 bank, and high gain at 21-30....31-40 I used for my weird noises...fun stuff! x1 Dirt Rhythm/ No FX x2 Dirt Rhythm/ Slight Reverb x3 Dirt Lead/ No FX x4 Dirt Lead/ Slight Delay x5 Dirt Lead/ Heavy Delay/reverb/ chorus x6 Clean/ No FX x7 Clean/ Slight Reverb and Chorus x8 Clean/ Slight Delay x8 Clean/ Heavy Delay x9 preamp and effects bypassed, no sound for tuner. Members Keebz
You know? It might just be a better idea to get a Delay Pedal. No sense in getting a midi pedal and lugging around a racked unit for only one feature.
Members oddone
Does anybody else have the problem with xpressions where the bypass cant be switched on via midi? you have to push the control on the front of the unit. or is my unit just broken? There's no MIDI-switchable bypass on the Xpression. Page 36 of the manual lists all parameters. Bypass isn't mentioned.

Members oddone
Hmm, ive got to turn all the FX off then save it as a patch. Even then it seems inconsistent. For some reason it wont save the patch names either.
