Members vinnies Posted July 19, 2010 Members Share Posted July 19, 2010 finally getting sick of my g-major's freezing up and whatnot. i've seen that the xpression is a good alternative. anyone using one? sounds like the harmonizer might be crappy, but the rest sounds ok. anyone getting the 'popcorn' sounds in the reverb? new vs. used? thanks... Did you do the "fix" on your G-Major?Make sure the main chip is in it's socket all the way and the ribbon cable to the front board is crimped in tightly and you shouldn't have any problems with it.
