Members Zephyrside
Hey not sure if this question goes here or the effects forum but, I'm thinking about going with a rack. But one my big questions is if I have a Line 6 DL4 can I switch between the 3 presets using say a GCX Ground Control system? Or would I have to go to my rack and physically select what preset gets turned on?
Members skibob
Unless it has MIDI control or something the GCX (or any other loop switcher) would not be able to change presets on it. All the GCX does is turn loops on and off.
Members jimosity
I can mod the DL4 to have 1/4" jacks for remote switching via GCX.
Members thegeek
without a major mod the answer is no... there's no midi or anything on it. If you got something like the M9 or M13 you could though..
Members jimosity
Here's a demo video I made of me switching a Line 6 DL4 via midi using the GCX/Ground Control.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvsompeljM8 $30 plus return shipping for this mod.
