help me with a new little rack rig

I'm going to replace my hardware guitar effects with a laptop running some audio processing software I wrote. The rack sits between my amp head (elmwood m60) and cab (orange 2x12).

 

constraints:

 

2 or 3 rack spaces (bonus points if you can squeeze it into 2)

laptop (macbook air) inside the rack, secured for transport, but easy to get to

audio interface (2 in / out, good quality like RME or Apogee)

midi for a foot controller

relay switching for amp (3 relays)
