I can't remember the EXACT issue but I can narrow it down , this issue in in bluelite, and has to do with fade time (fade out) ... some ideas off the top of my head, are .. if you have a fade time longer then the length of the cue it doesn't work ..... fade out time is 0? what is the cue/fade time info. Email me your file at kevin at hyper-cube dot ca I will have a look at it, and then when I can't figur eit out, I will give ti to kurtis, our lighting tech and he will tell me. Kev. If at a diffrent speed you must use a "split Fade" which is located in the edit menu.
