I think Altman makes some - BillESC can probably point you in the right direction. Unofficially I can say that I've used PAR56s under a roof on an outdoor stage without dimmer packs - just plug 'em in. 4 per side on an outdoor stage for a summer music series - just plugged each bar of 4 in to its own 20A circuit.
