Members witesol Posted March 11, 2007 Members Share Posted March 11, 2007 I have all the Heil mics and love them. The PR20 is a great vocal mic, very condensor sounding, great on snare too. It's really good for a troublesome female voice. PR40 is good on lots of things including kick drum and bass, horns. The PR30 can replace a pair of cond OH mics quite well.
