I can get a good price on the 3056 but I'm trying to find if it's really a good price. I mean it's a lot of money once you factor in receivers and ear buds... Members bassred Posted June 20, 2007 Members Share Posted June 20, 2007 I picked up a used 3056 from an aquaintance, got a great deal on it, and it functions perfectly. I don't think it's outdated, just not the most current. With the proper antenna Distrobution/amp it can still have a range of 500-1000 feet, so I'd say go for it, how often are you going to need that?! I haven't had any trouble with the one I bought, and it had some pretty obvious signs of abuse (cracked plastic over the display, one front 'handle' missing..... ) doesn't stop it from rockin' every time I plug it in.....
