Members Dookietwo Posted October 6, 2013 Members Share Posted October 6, 2013 The Sp series looks to be the older styles. The speakers that they are selling are maybe 2 or 3 generations old now. If they were making these for peavey its not the current stuff. Maybe production over runs that "trickled" out the door one night years ago? If they were making them for peavey maybe they continued to make them after the orders for this generation stopped. I doubt they have the same spec's or substance inside.
