Also i have a mackie fx12 ( not the pro) but this one: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Mix12FX--mackie-mix12fx-mixer-with-effects As you see there is no AUX.....So.. Typically, with a small mixer, you connect the "monitor out" to your belt pack, and plug your in-ears into your belt pack. The Behringer Powerplay P2 is cheap and is the belt pack I use.
