Members Tomm Williams Posted April 7, 2014 Members Share Posted April 7, 2014 Was asked months ago to provide sound for a small "Save The Music" concert that has been going on here for a couple of years. The promoter has a fairly amazing talent at getting good performers to show up for little or no pay. He sends me the list of performers and it includes Lacy J. Dalton. Those of you around 50 years old probably remember her as she was quite popular in the 70's-80's country music scene. She lives in the local area (relatively speaking) and apparently enjoys smaller, intimate sort of events. Also performing is a young lady who's been on "The Voice" twice, Sonia Rao. I worked with her before and it was a pleasure. Although this will probably be a small event, it should be a kick in the pants. I could do these types of events all day.
