Members xavios
So I'm loving the EP sounds of the late 70's herbie hancock songs. I want to learn a few, especially "I thought it was you", "stars in your eyes" and "satisfied with love" I cant find any sheet music of these anywhere. Would there happen to be anywhere to download sheet music for piano on the internet? Even something like the basic chord progressions would be a big help. Members Learning67
I dont know anyone who plays those tunes. Ild be surprised if they are available in sheet music. Post a link if you find some!

Members jazzed
My approach to these is usually transcribing them myself... There aren't many published Herbie Hancock transcriptions, unfortunately...and the ones that are available seem to always be either earlier Blue Note stuff (Watermelon Man, Cantaloupe Island, Maiden Voyage), or the Headhunters stuff (Chameleon, Butterfly, etc). If you can't get fast solos and such by ear, try using using a program that'll slow down the speed for you.

I'm not too much worried about the solos note by note, just the basic chords to get started. Its too bad there are no music in print for his other stuff, I cant get enough of it!
