Members KennethNishimot
I'm really interested to hear your opinion on this little piece of gear. Specifically, I would like to hear what you have to say about the additive synthesis functionality, but otherwise, discuss as you please.
Members pighood
Got three of 'em...all circuit bent. The ultimate luddite geek accessory.
Members Sparkytfl
I have one with manual, but it's missing one or two keys. I haven't played with it since before I actually got into music. It was just a toy we had in the eighties.I remember programming making no sense. Members Diametro
There's a bank of samples for the Fusion from the SK-1. Not bad at all ... esp. the flute.
Members ChasIII
My Zero-G Nostalgia has about 9 patches from the sk-1. They are listed under a section called "Cheap N Cheezy".
Members Goominim
First synth I coveted as a kid. I had big dreams.

Members nos
The drummer in my band has one. I added a 1/4" output jack to it. Pretty cool thing. He likes whistling into the mic and looping it. The unstable nature of a whistle gives it a nice "analog-ish" sound. Although you still can't get away from the low-fi digitalness. Members KEB
Had one since the late '80s, died a few years ago, threw it away. Oh well! Could've sold it to someone for $20 I suppose.
Members arctic88
My mom gave it to me one year for Christmas. I was in school and for a while my mobile studio was a cassette recorder (also for lectures), a Roland DR220E and the SK-1. I messed with the envelopes a bit. It sounded like a porn soundtrack. Not going to get rid of the SK-1.
Members polar69
Had one, liked the dog barking sample on the tape. Sat in a cupboard for years, gave it to the wifes little brother and sister. Imagine its been sold for drugs now
