Members Teoman
I could identify many synths, but how about the synth played by the second red dressed keyboardist at 5:56 ? That wild brass sounds Oberheim to me. I guess old veterans could help me for finding this typical 80s sound. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxkofrS7k5Q
Members mate_stubb
That is Herbie's "Rocket" era live band. The second keyboardist is Jeff Bova. Both Jeff and Herbie are playing Rhodes Chromas among other things, with Herbie also using a Chroma Expander. Jeff may have had some kind of Oberheim poly also. There is an Ob-X at the top row in front of Jeff, but he seems to playing the one at the bottom. Unless he was playing the Ob-X via the bottom keyboard remotely, it must be something else. Not sure if remote playing was possible at that time. Still it sounded Ob-X to me, maybe Rhodes Chroma as well since I know that they are equally wild sounding. Members mikael488
The red dressed keyboardist plays an Oberheim OB-X (easily identified by the gray fields on the control panel) and what looks like a Rhodes Chroma. Micke
