Members Val Hallen
Hi, I was on very limited budget so I got me a MIDI keyboard Miditech Midistart-2 for ~56 bucks. Problem is, it doesn't have octave transponse buttons. I'm using it with Reason 4 and I would like to use it with Nuendo 3 in the future (when I get some VSTs for it), but I'd also like to change octaves in real time, since this thing only has 49 keys. Is it possible to do so with some software?
Members Yoozer
Does it have any knobs or buttons at all? If so, in Reason, you should be able to assign controls in such a way that you could transpose a lot of instruments at the same time by using the Combinator. If it doesn't have 'm, it's probably a better idea to sell it and to look for something bigger, or add a separate box with buttons and sliders.
