Members angstwulf
I'm setting up my MPC1000 for sale. I bought it a few years back during a fit of baby induced sleep deprived hysteria. It was in pretty good condition but was used by a smoker. I'm ashamed to say I spent so little time with it after upgrading it that it was never a serious problem for me. I'm cleaned out other synths before: I normally pull the equipment apart. Circuit boards and switches/pots get a gentle swabbing of diluted isopropyl alcohol and/or contact cleaner. Less delicate bits get mild detergent. This seems to work but I was wondering if anyone had any cleaning tips or had a better way of duing this. On a side note: if you are interested in a pimped out blue MPC1000, PM me. Thanks,Tommy
Members idiotboy
....list it as "only used in a smoke-full studio" and call it done.

Yeah, I'm kind of a full disclosure guy on my ads, but would it also be a social faux pas to also replace the foam peanuts with a nice potpourri? Members angstwulf
@Idiotboy: One day, I'm going to pack something I sell with all sorts of gift basket goodies, just to see what kind of feedback I get. @T71: Thanks. Just found out I have a MarVac store near work. I know what I'm doing at lunchtime.
